• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

International Orders

• Standard International: 7–21 business days
• Express International: 5–10 business days

5. Shipping Insurance

For high-value gemstones, we strongly recommend selecting insured shipping.

Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss transfers to the customer.

J&J Lanka Gemstones is not responsible for lost or stolen packages unless shipping insurance has been purchased.


6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for:

• local taxes

These fees are determined by the destination country's customs authorities and are not included in our product prices.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

J&J Lanka Gemstones is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an address error, please contact us immediately.


8. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Record an unedited unboxing video while opening the package

  2. Take clear photos of the packaging and gemstone

  3. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

This helps us verify shipping issues and resolve the matter quickly.


9. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
